These Terms govern your use of Uncreep ("the Service"), a web application available at uncreep.app that helps freelancers detect out-of-scope client requests and generate change-order communications. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Uncreep provides software tools only. Its outputs (scope assessments, cost estimates, draft emails) are suggestions, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for what you send to your clients and for the terms of your own client agreements.
The free plan includes limited usage. Paid plans — including the one-time Founding Member lifetime plan — unlock the features described at purchase. "Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the Uncreep product, tied to the email used at checkout, and is non-transferable.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles checkout, taxes, and billing support. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Scope items and client messages you paste into Uncreep remain yours. We claim no ownership of your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncreep's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
